...and, action!

It has been almost six months of writing, re-writing, and planning. This past weekend, I finally started shooting the film Sofa Kingdom with cameraman/co-conspirator Jason Golentz and actor Chris Cicala.

There is something very freeing about shooting in a down-and-dirty style. There are no budgets, no producers, and no rules. It's just three guys and a camera working to tell a story.

We are still a long way off, but we hope to hit the festival circuit with this piece. Other highlights will include a cameo by Jason's partner, Patti and the voice-over debut of my youngest son, Wilder.
